Who is responsible

What data we collect

• What you send us through the availability form: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and your message.
• What you write to us when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• If you book, the check-in details required by law (full name, address and tax ID of the person who booked).

The digital guide on this page runs only in your browser: the questions you type are not sent or stored anywhere.

Why we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To meet the legal and tax obligations of the accommodation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

Who else processes it

• Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website and forwards the form messages to us.
• Our email provider (Microsoft Outlook), where we receive requests.
• WhatsApp (Meta), only if you choose to message us there.
• Google, only if you tap “Show map” or a link to Google Maps.

Where any of them processes data outside the European Union, this is done with the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months at the latest. Booking data is kept for as long as the law requires, for example tax law.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies and no tracking or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability, and you can object to processing. Write to us at stelios.katsaboxakis@outlook.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
